Full Description:
Little Talkers LLC provides in home therapy services through the Early Intervention program. We have therapists throughout the Chicagoland Area, and therapists choose the areas in which they want to work in. The working environment is flexible for all people, including parents. This means the therapist is able to set his/her own schedule, and work as many (or as little) hours as he/she wishes (minimum of 10 hours a week preferred).
Therapists are given the independence they desire while also provided the support needed to grow and be successful. One of my main goals at Little Talkers is to keep the company small enough to maintain the caring and collaborative culture our therapists appreciate. We hold regularly scheduled meetings to provide ongoing support to therapists by discussing individual clients, providing professional development, and staying on top of the latest changes in Early Intervention.
Little Talkers provides regular and consistent income for therapists in a time when payments from the state are often untimely and inconsistent. We have never miss a payment amidst financial concerns in Illinois.
